Be part of the action this June when Connecticut welcomes the world's best golfers and more than 200,000 energized fans for one week of dynamic professional golf action and other great events at the Travelers Championship, to be held June 22 – 28, 2009 at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell. This year, the tournament looks forward to welcoming some of the world’s best golfers to Connecticut, including Sergio Garcia, currently the No. 3 ranked player in the world; Vijay Singh, reigning FedExCup champion; and 2008 Champion Stewart Cink.
New this year, the Travelers Championship will complement a week of exciting PGA TOUR golf with a variety of activities for all to enjoy, including the Michelob ULTRA 19th Hole Concert Series, Women’s Day, kids events and a new on-course Fan Zone featuring mini-golf, a wine garden, dining areas and more.
